​WELCOME!  I am Rachel, the founder & owner of Enso Virtual Assistance. 

 

I am on a mission to deliver exceptional admin, business and creative support to individuals and  businesses large and small.  I founded Enso Virtual Assistance because I have a passion for helping others and love seeing people achieve their goals.  It is my belief that everyone should have access to high quality admin and business support, regardless of their business sector or turnover.

Besides myself, Enso Virtual Assistance has access to a trusted team of Virtual Assistants, all of which have different skills and personalities.  With decades of experience we have the knowledge, skills and technology to support you, always working in collaboration with you for the highest good of your business.

EXPERIENCE

Having spent the first fifteen years of my working career within large corporate international companies in London -  I was lucky enough to work along side some amazing mentors who instilled in me the values that I still work by today - integrity, collaboration, communication, building strong relationships with clients and putting them at the heart of everything I do.

​

I relocated to the South West in 2003 and since then have continued to expand my knowledge and skills within manufacturing and office management.  I have supported Directors, heads of departments and overseen small teams of administrators. 

 

In 2011 I secured the role of PA/Interior Design Assistant to a well respected London based Interior Designer with over 30 years experience.  It was within this role that I was really able to showcase all of my skills and indulge my passion for design, colour and texture.

 

I have worked on small and large scale residential and commercial projects both within the UK and abroad including Ireland, Malta & the USA with budgets anywhere between £100,000 and £5 million.  Working from a brief set by the designer and the client, working under my own initiative to produce drawings, specifications, quotations and submission of planning applications.

Sourcing furniture, soft furnishings and fabrics through to liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of finished items to site within deadlines.

Based in Devon, Enso Virtual Assistance has the technology to work with businesses anywhere and are very happy working with the wider UK, Europe & EMEA countries over different time zones.

LIFE WORK BALANCE

As a business owner myself I know how difficult it can be to switch off and make time for yourself and your loved ones.  Outside of work I love spending time with family, friends and am fortunate enough to have my own horse (Apollo).  Every horse has their own personality and working in harmony with them requires mindfulness, communication, passion, patience, dedication and the ability to stay calm under pressure - all good traits for business..
